At the Zone meeting in Boise, District 5840 won an award for having the most new members for Zone 21b for 2017-2018. Past District Governor Carol Holmes said, after receiving the award, "Thanks to all our presidents and clubs for making this
happen and a special thank you to our District Membership Chair Jackson Moss, who led the crusade. We had 53 new members. Congratulations!" Kathy Hubbard presenting the membership award to Carol Holmes and Jackson Moss.
